We are 18 steps inc. Established in 1999 as a Partnership firm.
Our goal is to provide genuine and beautiful Hindu Idols for our devotees. We ship pre-designed and custom idols to customers in India and abroad.
“18 Steps Inc” is located in Chennai with our roots grounded at the Chola Kingdom, Swamimalai, and Kumbakonam. Swamimalai is known for Panchaloha idols and statues manufactured in Chola style Bronze statues which have their uniqueness. It has been recognized as a Geographical indication by the Government of India in 2008–09.
We have been manufacturing these Panchaloha idols for generations; But established as an organized business entity in 1999. Right from vigrahams for house puja to Utsava murthis to temple, we manufacture all Religious idols. We make the statues using the age-old traditional technique of wax casting. Solid wax casts are made initially and shown to the customer for approval. Vigrahams are made according to the dhyana slokas mentioned in the scriptures. We do not see this as a mere business but as a service to all devoted souls. Hence the idols made by us are not mere icons but are products of labor of love, dedication, and devotion. Because of this approach we have been specially appreciated by Sringeri, Kanchi, and Shakatapuram Shankaracharya Swamigals.
We are blessed to be a part in this divine endeavour, and we have supplied puja utensils, kavachams, vigrahams and idols for many Individuals, Temples, organizations, halls, malls and corporate. We also supply to retailers and Wholesalers around the globe.
We manufacture all Kinds of Hindu puja requirements in Brass, Copper, and panchaloha articles. All kinds of custom orders related to Sheet work, Casting, moulding, and dye works will be undertaken. All special challenging temple/corporate / Institution orders will also be undertaken.
All the Hindu Idols that we sell come in various shapes and sizes and hence the pricing is not available on the website. We can also create customized Idols for you based on a specific design, even if it is not available on our website.
